Applications are now open for the first course offered by Sapi Med Academy, a project created with the ambition of becoming an international benchmark for specialist medical education. Its mission is to showcase the expertise of Italian proctologic surgery and transform it into high-level training programs exclusively designed for physicians from abroad.
The Coloproctology Master marks the first step in a long-term project that aims to expand its educational offering over time, creating new opportunities for professional development and international exchange. The goal is to foster the sharing of expertise and contribute to the dissemination of a common clinical culture among healthcare professionals worldwide.
A training experience at the heart of italian healthcare excellence
The program will take place over four days at IRCCS Policlinico San Donato, on the outskirts of Milan, an internationally recognized center of excellence. Participants will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in one of Italy’s leading healthcare institutions, gaining first-hand insight into the Italian organizational and clinical model while experiencing a multidisciplinary environment distinguished by high standards of patient care and technological innovation.
The course will be led by Dr. Angelo Stuto, an internationally renowned colorectal surgeon and a leading figure in proctology, together with the Unit of ColoProctology and Pelvic Floor Surgery team.
