Sapi Med, long committed to the development and dissemination of advanced solutions in the field of proctology, is proud to present Sapi Med Academy, a new educational initiative created with the aim of promoting and sharing the excellence of the Italian school of proctology on an international level.
The Academy represents a structured initiative that goes beyond individual training activities: it is a pathway dedicated to the professional development of medical practitioners, based on the integration of clinical experience, technological innovation and direct collaboration with leading centres of excellence.
Sapi Med Academy aims to create a dynamic and international learning environment in which doctors from different countries can engage with highly qualified specialists, observe the management of clinical cases first-hand, and explore the latest innovations in the field of proctology, with particular focus on advanced surgical and para-surgical techniques, including applications of regenerative medicine.
Within this context, Sapi Med Academy seeks to showcase the excellence of Italian professionals, internationally recognised for their expertise, experience and clinical quality, with the belief that bringing this excellence beyond national borders will strengthen its role and help represent it at its very best within the global medical landscape.
The first educational programme
The first course developed within Sapi Med Academy is an intensive three-day programme dedicated to advanced proctological surgery. The event will take place at IRCCS Policlinico San Donato, on the outskirts of Milan, an internationally recognised centre of excellence.
The educational programme will be led by Dr Angelo Stuto, a highly experienced surgeon and a leading figure in the field of proctology, together with his specialist team. Through theoretical sessions, observation of clinical cases and opportunities for direct discussion, participants will gain in-depth insight into the latest treatment approaches, techniques and protocols.
This first educational project represents a concrete example of the Academy’s philosophy: training based on hands-on experience, direct observation and continuous exchange with leading Italian professionals, with the aim of contributing to the dissemination of a shared clinical culture.
