Closed and fenestrated anoscope for pexy with haemorrhoid suture.

A closed-tip operating anoscope characterised by an elliptical window on the right side and a centimetric scale on the left side. The window allows the mucosa to protrude inside it in order to perform the pexy with suture of the haemorrhoids, while the opening, which is about 35 mm from the flange, allows to keep the comb line protected. The body of the anoscope ends with a closed conical tip that replaces the spindle during the introduction phase and allows to keep the operating field free from any waste.

Thanks to its small size, L-Bet88 allows to perform pexy both in the operating room and in the clinic. Like all the Sapi Med anoscopes and retractors, it is equipped with a hollow Multi Light handle that allows to receive a Pen LED Light or a traditional optic fibre cable for lighting. The sterile packaging is completed by the presence of a pusher and eventually 4 Vicryl 2.0 suture threads, one 26 mm 5/8 needle and a Pen LED Light.
