It consists of a graduated anoscope, a balloon catheter equipped with a two-way stopcock and a mandrel (introducer) with a hole about 1 cm in diameter at the apex to facilitate the insertion of the catheter into the rectum.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to being a simple and functional instrument that allows to carry out a common anoscopy and the measurement of the anal canal, the device <strong>allows a series of tests<\/strong> aimed at the recognition of a rectal hypersensitivity or hyposensitivity, possible prolapse and a first identification of possible dyssynergia.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>MFA<\/strong> allows to perform:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rectal sensitivity test (TSR)<\/li>\n<li>Balloon Expulsion Test (BET)<\/li>\n<li>Pelvic Organ Prolapse Quantification (POP-Q)<\/li>\n<li>Functional anal canal length measurement (FACLM).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nThe values obtained from the tests will contribute to <strong>the formulation of a clinical picture<\/strong> close to reality, will quickly and easily show an alteration of the rectal sensitivity and will direct the specialist to carry out further investigations in order to better select
